What will you be doing?

Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Volunteer IT Recruiter to support our growing team by identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented IT and technical volunteers. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, who want to contribute to a meaningful cause while enhancing their professional network and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source qualified IT and technical volunteers for various roles within Qisetna.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand recruitment needs and role requirements.
• Promote Qisetna’s mission and culture to attract volunteers who align with our values.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
