- Actively engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Assist and develop client relationships while helping customers browse and select jewellery pieces.
- Serve High Net Worth (HNW) clients and handle challenges.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about jewellery products, including materials, gemstones, and care instructions.
- Upsell and cross‑sell jewellery and related accessories.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with HNW clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in in‑store events and promotions.
- A minimum of two years of luxury retail experience, preferably with fine jewellery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and a results‑oriented approach.
- Passion for jewellery storytelling and an eye for style.
