Position Overview

The Boutique Client Advisor represents the essence of Abel Richard, curating an exceptional client experience at the pinnacle of luxury.

This individual will have a proven record of success within the high jewellery, fine watch, or couture leather sectors, with experience serving an international and ultra-high-net-worth clientele.

They will thrive in London’s cosmopolitan luxury environment, building enduring relationships with collectors, tastemakers, and global clients who frequent the city’s most exclusive destinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Abel Richard with refinement, poise, and the utmost discretion in all client interactions.
  • Deliver highly personalised experiences reflective of the maison’s values and craftsmanship.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with UHNW clients, collectors, and global VIPs.
  • Engage with London’s premier cultural and luxury events (e.g., Frieze London, Fashion Week, Masterpiece London) to curate private appointments and exclusive showcases.
  • Collaborate closely with management on bespoke commissions, private trunk shows, and international events.
  • Maintain accurate and insightful client profiles within CRM to enhance long-term engagement and after-sales care.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in ultra-luxury retail, ideally within high jewellery, horology, or heritage leather maisons (e.g., Cartier, Bulgari, Hermès, Audemars Piguet, etc.)
  • Established client book or demonstrated ability to build relationships within London’s UHNW circles.
  • Deep understanding of luxury culture, with immaculate presentation and professional discretion.
  • Experience engaging international clientele in destination retail environments.
  • Multilingual fluency (Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, or French) is highly advantageous.
  • Strong CRM and after-sales relationship management skills.
  • Earning Potential: (base + commission)
  • Structure: Hourly compensation with competitive draw vs. commission
