Degree in Hospitality Management or Travel & Tourism
Job description

We’re proud winners of the AA Small Hotel Group of the year 2024-25, rated as a Top 30 Best Place to Work in Hospitality 2024 by The Caterer, and recently crowned Best Employer at the 2025 Springboard Awards for Excellence

Start your career with a luxury hotel collection celebrated for excellence

Recently graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management or Travel & Tourism? Looking for a role where no two days are the same, and where you can gain credible experience within the luxury hotel market? This is a unique opportunity to launch your career with the award‑winning Eden Hotel Collection.

Commencing from Summer 2026, our graduate opportunities offer a structured and supportive pathway into the world of high‑end hospitality – ideal for individuals looking to refine their career direction or build a foundation for future leadership.

What you’ll be doing?

Whether you have a clear ambition or are still exploring which department suits you best, our graduate placements are tailored to your goals and experience. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure in key operational areas, with options that include:

  • Rotational roles across departments such as Food & Beverage and Front Office – ideal for those seeking a broad base of experience
  • Direct entry into a supervisory position within a specific department (based on experience and fit)

You’ll work closely with departmental leaders, gradually taking on more responsibility and making a meaningful contribution to guest experiences while developing your own management skills.

In addition, you’ll get to be part of our tailored development sessions led by our in‑house Learning & Development team and Senior Leadership – including sessions on Financial Management, Revenue, Recruitment & Selection, and Motivating Others. These will support your personal and professional growth as you progress within the collection.

What you’ll need?
  • To hold a degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related discipline
  • Have completed a 26–48 week placement or internship as part of your studies or have significant operational experience gained during your studies
  • Have relevant experience working in a UK‑based hotel or hospitality environment
  • Be passionate about delivering five‑star service and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, a team‑focused mindset, and a proactive approach
  • Show a commitment to building a lasting career in the luxury hospitality industry
  • Live in accommodation is available
What to expect?

Full‑time role, working a minimum of 40 hours per week across 5 days, shift patterns include early starts from 6am and late finishes. Weekend working is standard, particularly Friday–Sunday as its busiest period.

Your future with Eden Hotel Collection: This is more than just a graduate job. It’s your opportunity to gain real responsibility from day one, learn from industry leaders, and build a lasting career with one of the UK’s most respected luxury boutique hotel groups.

What’s in it for you?

Many of our graduates have progressed into management and beyond – and we’re ready to support you in doing the same.

Spaces are limited and offered on a rolling basis – early application is encouraged.

At Eden Hotel Collection, we’re proud of our award‑winning approach to employee wellbeing, engagement, and recognition (with industry award wins in 2023, 2024 and 2025!)—which means you’re joining a team that values your happiness, growth, and success every step of the way.
