Position: Fine Jewellery – Sales & Senior Sales Consultant (Full‑time, Permanent)

Location: Bluewater

Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum plus commission

About the Role: Are you passionate about helping people find the perfect piece of jewellery to commemorate a special occasion, express their style, or add a touch of sparkle to their everyday lives? If so, a career as a Jewellery Sales Associate might be the perfect fit for you. In this exciting role, you will create a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers, providing exceptional service while guiding them toward the perfect piece. You will also be responsible for achieving sales goals and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Assist and develop client relationships while helping customers browse and select jewellery pieces.
  • Serve High Net Worth (HNW) clients and handle challenges.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about jewellery products, including materials, gemstones, and care instructions.
  • Upsell and cross‑sell jewellery and related accessories.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with HNW clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Participate in in‑store events and promotions.
