A music education service in the UK is seeking a passionate Brass teacher for a full-time permanent position. The selected candidate will work in a collaborative environment, teaching music to children in groups and individually. The role involves directing ensembles, participating in performances, and providing high-quality instruction. Bradford Music & Arts Service is a highly successful service and the lead organisation for the West Yorkshire Music Hub. It provides wide ranging music opportunities for children and young people who live or go to school in the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council area.
The service works in close partnership with schools and the local community and a number of delivery organisations, regional and national partners to ensure that a broad range of high-quality music provision is available, accessible and affordable to all children and young people.
We are excited to be able to extend our team of Brass teachers.
Working within a thriving team of instrumental/vocal music teachers, the successful applicants will teach at a high standard in every area of Whole Class Instrumental Learning, individual and small groups instrumental lessons and direct ensembles within school settings and at our Music Centres in a range of locations across the Bradford District.
Bradford Music & Arts Service offers robust induction and staff support, in service training and career progression and is committed to delivering inclusive practice to ensure all children can access both a music educational and access to a range of musical opportunities that meet their needs.
