Ready to take charge and make an impact in the largest Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom in Cambridge? We’re looking for a Branch Manager to join us at Huws Gray (Cambridge Norman Way). As a Branch Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team of 12, drive business growth, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service. You’ll shape the success of your branch, create opportunities, and foster a supportive work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Driving business growth through strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Overseeing showroom design and product displays, or managing branch performance and profitability
  • Supporting and mentoring your team through training, one-to-ones, and reviews
  • Ensuring resources – from stock to transport – are used to their full potential
  • Championing safety, service, and creativity every day
