- Delivering specialist, high-quality nursing care and support for patients diagnosed with breast cancer.
- Conducting holistic needs assessments to provide individualised patient care.
- Developing patient pathways and enhancing the nursing service within the breast care department.
- Collaborating with the Breast Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to ensure compliance with national standards for safety and quality.
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
- Extensive experience in breast cancer care, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- A proactive approach to developing and improving patient care pathways.
