This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in insurance, with exposure to strategic projects, partner negotiations, and market analysis.**Roles and Responsibilities*** Assist in executing the commercial strategy through day-to-day operations and projects.* Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.* Support onboarding and management of new distribution partners and capacity providers.* Act as a point of contact for insurers, aggregators, and partners, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.* Gather and analyse market data, competitor activity, and pricing trends to support decision-making.* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, GDPR, and internal policies.* Support budget preparation, forecasts, and KPI tracking.* Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment on commercial initiatives.**About the Candidate**We’re looking for someone organised, analytical, and eager to learn. You’ll have:* **Experience:** + Experience in insurance, or financial services role (brokerage experience desirable). + Exposure to motor and SME insurance products advantageous.* **Skills & Competencies:** + Strong administrative and organisational skills. + Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. + Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.A career that you define.
