A leading insurance provider in Brighton is seeking an Underwriting Team Leader to drive team performance and strategies. You will manage day-to-day operations, foster collaborative relationships, and contribute to innovative initiatives in a dynamic insurance environment. The ideal candidate will have significant underwriting experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for coaching and development. To work with the Bespoke Team Underwriting Manager to deliver the business plan in relation to schemes, providing high level decisions and advice to enable the delivery of UW strategy, quality and performance whilst managing the day-to-day activities and performance of the Schemes team.
