Our team, located in Milton Keynes, forms an integral and seamless part of an award‑winning practice which spans a complete range of real‑estate services to clients, from development, joint ventures, structured investments, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, retail and real‑estate finance to construction and property litigation. The team combines a deep and current legal knowledge with sophisticated marketplace knowledge and acts for the full spectrum of stakeholders including Network Rail, Dept for Work & Pensions and Sainsbury's. The team works on a wide variety of real‑estate transactions, both domestic UK transactions and supporting activities of the firm’s global clients.
