To ensure a viable, efficient, and reliable energy future for all## Job Description**Responsibilities:** Maintain good collaborative working relationship with client. Proactively interfacing. Production of contractual responses including supporting documents; Estimates, Organisation Charts and Risk Registers, including management and closure of JGAR actions. Presentation of the Response at the JGAR (Joint Governance and Assistance Review). Ensuring that estimates satisfy the scope of work stated within the Task Order Request, Employee Instruction, PICD or Change Event. NEC3 Contract Management using CEMAR. Ensuring that all communications are dealt with on time. Monitoring and reporting performance of the TCIF Contracts. Proactively manage Sub-Contracts, from RFQ, through monitoring and managing progress attendance at meetings, to final account. Chairing DSA Task Feedback Form Reviews. Actively participate in safety awareness/initiatives. Undertake training as and when required to improve effectiveness in job role. Preparation of monthly reports. Attend monthly project reviews as required. Ensuring the accuracy of information provided to the Portfolio Manager or other team members. Ensure information is filed correctly within the project folders. Active contribution to continuous improvement and ideas sharing across the project team. Produce working instructions for key tasks.
