Job summary
A leading IT security company is looking for a passionate InfoSec Analyst in Hemel Hempstead. You'll drive security initiatives, manage incidents, and ensure a safe IT environment. Ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude and technical knowledge in information security. This is a permanent full-time position within a dynamic IT team.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of security policies to protect the organization.
- Conduct routine security assessments and risk analysis.
- Lead investigations of security incidents and implement corrective actions.
Skills
Reporting to the Head of Infra, service and operations, this pivotal role requires a self‑driven individual capable of driving and managing information security initiatives. Your responsibility will extend to safeguarding the integrity and safety of our IT systems while aligning security standards against our Information Security Strategy.
- Drive the hands‑on implementation of information security policies, ensuring Butlins remains safe and secure.
- Work closely with managed service providers, proactively conduct routine security assessments and risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Respond swiftly to security incidents, leading investigations and implementing corrective actions across Data Centre, Cloud (Azure & Office 365) and SaaS technologies.
- Passionate and dynamic InfoSec Analyst with broad technical knowledge and a can‑do attitude to join our IT team.
- Comfortable navigating everything from on‑site data centres to cloud platforms, using a wide range of tools and protocols to keep the business secure.
- Expertise in information security management, focusing on security best practice, ideally within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Experience managing security incidents, conducting forensic investigations, and managing outsource providers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinker with ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
