Senior SD-WAN Engineer (Hybrid/Remote)
Job summary
A technology solutions provider seeks an experienced SD-WAN Engineer to design and deploy SD-WAN solutions in hybrid and remote settings. You'll lead SD-WAN implementations, troubleshoot complex WAN issues, and act as a technical advisor to clients. The ideal candidate has over 5 years in networking, with specific experience in SD-WAN deployment. This role offers a competitive salary between £35,000 to £45,000, accommodating both fully remote and hybrid work arrangements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in enterprise networking with a strong WAN focus.
- 3+ years hands-on SD-WAN design and deployment experience.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and IPsec VPNs.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and support SD-WAN solutions across multi-site customer environments.
- Lead SD-WAN implementations, including migrations from MPLS to broadband.
- Act as a technical advisor during pre-sales engagements.
