A global engineering services company seeks an Asset Performance Specialist in Preston to support OFTO projects in the renewable energy sector. This hybrid role involves managing asset data, driving performance improvements, and collaborating with engineering and commercial teams. Ideal candidates have experience in asset management or offshore wind and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. Competitive salary and benefits are offered, along with pathways for career development.
Join us in driving the success of OFTO projects across our renewable energy portfolio. This role ensures assets perform reliably and deliver maximum commercial value by turning asset management strategies into actionable plans that optimise performance and compliance.
You’ll work in a technical environment focused on data-driven decision-making, commercial insight, and effective coordination rather than hands-on engineering. Key responsibilities include managing asset data integrity and reporting, analysing large datasets to identify trends, supporting planning activities, and driving process improvements.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with engineering and commercial teams, confident handling technical information, and able to combine analytical capability with strategic thinking. A background in energy—particularly transmission or renewables—is advantageous. Strong organisational skills, stakeholder engagement, and commercial awareness are essential.
We offer flexible hybrid working from our Bamber Bridge office, providing an opportunity to make a real impact in a growing sector.
