The ideal candidate has expertise in HR operations, analytical skills, and familiarity with pay transparency regulations. This role offers a hybrid working model with flexible opportunities.

  • Proven HR Operations experience with Reward Business Partnering expertise.
  • Familiarity with AON and Korn Ferry benchmarking methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and maintain the WTW-aligned job levelling framework.
  • Lead global benchmarking initiatives.
  • Support regions across reward planning and compliance.
