A leading energy company is seeking a Senior Global Reward Business Partner to shape their global approach to job architecture and pay transparency. You will design frameworks to ensure competitive practices while collaborating with senior leaders. Key responsibilities include managing job levelling policies and conducting global benchmarking. The ideal candidate has expertise in HR operations, analytical skills, and familiarity with pay transparency regulations. This role offers a hybrid working model with flexible opportunities.
Monthly salary 80,000.00 GBP - 90,000.00 GBP
We are growing our global Reward function and are looking for an exceptional Senior Global Reward Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Global Head of Reward, this newly created role will shape and embed our global approach to job architecture, levelling, benchmarking, and pay transparency.
You will design and maintain scalable frameworks, ensure reward practices are market-competitive, and support regions across reward planning, M&A activity, and compliance with evolving global and EU regulation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners, influencing at both local and group level.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
