Rogers & Norton Solicitors is looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Litigator to become the Head of our Commercial Litigation team as part of our succession and expansion plans with a focus on directors and shareholders claims, contract disputes and insolvency claims. With a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience, this role offers an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal position within a well-established, forward-thinking firm. As a key member of our team, you will manage a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation matters. Your expertise and insight will play a crucial role in the continued development of the department. Alongside running your own files, you will contribute to mentoring junior colleagues and supporting the wider team through collaboration and leadership.
We are seeking a litigator with strong technical knowledge across a broad spectrum of litigation work. You should bring excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding client care. The right candidate will demonstrate both independence and a genuine desire to contribute to the firm’s long-term success.
