PiCL are recruiting for a Programme Director, on a fixed term two-year part-time contract. The role will provide strategic oversight for our Arts Council funded NPO programme and additional activity strands.
PiCL are recruiting for a Programme Director, on a fixed term two-year part-time contract. The role will provide strategic oversight for our Arts Council funded NPO programme and additional activity strands. The perfect person will be great at strategic planning, possess a creative initiative and be passionate about creative opportunities for children and young people.
The contract offers flexible working, loads of creative freedom, plenty of perks and the chance to work with a small but dedicated team of enthusiastic people.
Part-time 0.8 Full Time Equivalent (30 hours per week)
These key skills and experience will form a vital foundation for this role. We will ask you to specifically identify examples of where you have used or developed the below:
- Budget management
- Line management of staff
- Strategic oversight of programmes
- Partnerships and relationship development
- Evaluation and reporting
