Job summary

A leading consultancy firm is looking for Oracle Cloud HCM specialists for multiple contract roles in a hybrid work environment across the UK. Responsibilities include configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules, gathering requirements, and providing post-go-live support. Ideal candidates have proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud configuration and best practices.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a large programme environment.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM modules aligned to business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and produce functional documentation.
  • Support SIT/UAT cycles, defect resolution, and cutover activities.

Oracle Cloud HCM Specialists – Multiple Contract Roles

Location: Hybrid (UK)
Contract: Long-term / Outside IR35 (optional to add)
Start: ASAP

We are supporting one of the largest global Oracle Cloud HCM transformation programmes and require several Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultants across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM modules aligned to business requirements
  • Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and produce functional documentation
  • Support SIT/UAT cycles, defect resolution, and cutover activities
  • Work with technical teams on integrations and data migration
  • Provide post–go-live support and enhancements
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud configuration and best practices
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a large programme environment
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
Desirable:
  • Experience on complex, multi-country Oracle Cloud HCM deployments
  • Understanding of quarterly release impacts
