This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career while helping connect skilled engineering professionals with leading employers across the region.

Location: Central Bristol (with parking available)

Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00‑17:00 | Friday 07:30‑16:30

Salary: Competitive (depending on experience) + uncapped commission + quarterly bonus

Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn how to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Source, screen, and place skilled engineering professionals into permanent and temporary roles.
  • Support the recruitment process while providing excellent service and advice.
  • Develop skills in negotiation, business development, and client management.
  • Work towards meeting individual and team targets with guidance and support from your managers.
To be Successful
