You will be working on various projects, speaking with potential candidates for roles and booking them in for the interview process. As a vital component of the recruitment process, successful candidates must have a keen eye for detail, resilience, ambition, and a strong work ethic. Working as part of a team, you will need strong communication skills and a hard‑working attitude.

The role consists of handling inbound and outbound calls with future potential candidates, assessing whether they would be right for a role with the company. You will tele‑screen the candidates to ensure only suitable candidates are sent forward and then book people into interview slots.
