You’ll help keep our food and refreshment areas well-presented, support daily catering operations, and ensure our employees and guests enjoy a professional, friendly service every day.**What you’ll be doing*** Greet and serve staff and visitors with a warm, professional approach.* Monitor and replenish pantry and refreshment areas, ensuring stock is well-presented and* rotated.* Support basic food service and kitchen duties, including deliveries and stock handling.* Maintain hygiene and safety standards, completing daily checks and cleaning tasks.* Assist with meeting room resets, internal deliveries, and ad hoc facilities support.* Work collaboratively with the catering and office experience teams to deliver high-quality* service.**What we’re looking for*** Experience in hospitality, catering operations, or retail service.* Strong communication and customer service skills.* A proactive, flexible team player who can also work independently.* Basic knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety practices.* Ability to carry out manual handling tasks safely.**Desirable*** Previous experience in a corporate food service environment.* Familiarity with COSHH standards and stock management systems.* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.Oxford's purpose is to strengthen economies and communities through real estate.Our people-first culture is at its best when our workforce reflects the communities where we live and work — and the customers we proudly serve.From hire to retire, we are an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection process that extends all the way through your employee experience.
