The Electrical & Mechanical Building Services Technician will report to the Estates Engineering Manager, and is responsible for the reliable and compliant operation of the estate-wide services and equipment serving all business functions across the European Knowledge Centre (EKC) facility at Hatfield. The main purpose is to deliver a high standard of mechanical and electrical services throughout the EKC business, within the estates engineering team. To plan and undertake routine scheduled maintenance of plant and/or equipment with stakeholders, causing minimal disruption.
