The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is built for ambitious graduates who want to launch their careers in fintech. Over this 12-month programme, you’ll work on real projects, solve complex challenges, and make an impact from day one. What you’ll be doing

• Acting as a strategic advisor to stakeholders by providing guidance, advice, and coaching to managers
• Identifying people issues and trends across the business
• Optimising day‑to‑day HR operations with a focus on people‑centricity
• Supporting performance management discussions and disciplinary processes
• Contributing to the development of world‑class HR policies and procedures

What you’ll need

• To have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026
• A degree in political science or a related field
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Impressive logical and analytical thinking
• A data‑driven and process‑oriented approach to HR
• Fluency in English
