The role involves managing the full lifecycle of conference content and speakers, ensuring well-prepared and supported presenters. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in conference production or events, strong research skills, and a proactive approach. The salary ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 per year with a focus on a flexible remote-first work environment.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in conference production, events, research, journalism or related role.
- Strong research skills and ability to understand complex industry topics quickly.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and delivery of conference programmes.
- Manage speaker journey from initial research to onsite execution.
- Maintain accurate programme documentation and ensure correctness.
