Join our team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist and play a key role in supporting, optimising, and continuously developing our divisional system. You'll collaborate with business units and cross‑functional IT teams to drive efficiency and innovation. This role offers flexibility with remote working, occasional travel to our global sites, and infrequent visits to our Pembridge HQ. A valid driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities Of Our Microsoft D365 Functional Analyst
  • Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to fit real business needs.
  • Drive exciting projects including upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to shape solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into smart system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with developers and vendors to deliver technical solutions.
  • Share expert advice on CRM capabilities and best practices.
  • Automate processes and reduce manual work through clever CRM integrations.
  • Deliver training and create user-friendly guides to boost adoption.
  • Be the go-to person for CRM queries and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system health, data integrity, and performance for peak efficiency.
  • Innovate with Copilot by creating prompts, templates, and use cases across Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Dynamics 365.
  • Ensure smooth change management and testing processes.
  • Manage data loading and integration tasks with precision.
  • Balance development projects with BAU activities seamlessly.
  • Optimise licence usage and support governance of application licences.
  • Work closely with third‑party suppliers to resolve escalated issues and deliver enhancements.
What we are looking for in our Microsoft D365 Functional Analyst
  • Higher‑level education and relevant technical qualifications.
  • Certifications such as Prince2 and ITIL are a plus.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment within sales, marketing, customer support, or IT.
  • Ability to thrive in challenging and demanding customer environments.
  • Background in 2nd line support or as a CRM superuser.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM systems in a technical capacity.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Technical know‑how in SQL, SSRS, and programming languages (C#, JavaScript, HTML, XML).
  • Familiarity with data transfer tools like TIBCO Scribe.
  • Solid understanding of change management, master data, and testing processes.
  • Basic configuration knowledge and strong analytical skills to solve complex problems.
