  • Supporting the development of event themes, tracks, session formats and agendas
  • Identifying, researching and prioritising senior banking leaders, technology executives and industry experts as potential speakers
  • Drafting and sending personalised speaker invitations and managing follow-ups and confirmations
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for speakers from confirmation through to event delivery
  • Briefing speakers on session objectives, formats, audience profile and expectations
  • Coordinating speaker information including bios, photos, session details and presentation requirements
  • Supporting chairs and panellists with session flow, context and preparation where required
  • Supporting onsite delivery of the conference programme, with particular focus on speaker coordination and the opening sessions
  • Liaising with speakers onsite to ensure they are confident, informed and supported
  • Working closely with operations, AV and stage teams to ensure smooth session delivery
  • Maintaining accurate programme documentation and ensuring information is correctly reflected across internal systems and marketing channels
