A leading AI compliance firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Leader in the UK to shape the GTM strategy and drive B2B sales to financial institutions. With 3-6 years of experience, you will partner with founders, lead sales processes, and nurture relationships. This is a high-impact role with competitive salary, equity, and performance-based upside. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of how large organizations implement transformation and be motivated to build from the ground up.

This is a very unique time to be selling to enterprises. As companies deploy AI agents across operations they are more open than ever to working with innovative startups. We’re looking for a senior commercial leader who understands how large organizations buy transformation, someone who can combine strategic insight, advisory, and trusted relationships to help shape how AI enters the enterprise world. This hire will play a key role in building our GTM playbook in the UK, building a team and scaling in other markets.
- Partner with the founders to build and execute the GTM playbook, from lead generation to close.
- Run consultative, solution-oriented sales processes with tier 1 banks and financial institutions
- Lead full-cycle B2B deals with legal and compliance teams
- Develop and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- 3-6 years of B2B sales experience in financial services (SaaS, consulting, founder or tech-enabled services)
- Deep understanding of how large financial institutions buy and implement transformation and technological change
- Proven track record of driving deals and long-cycle relationships
- Experience engaging with legal, compliance, or risk stakeholders is a bonus
- Ambitious and motivated to build and scale something from the ground up
