Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in finance controlling or related roles, preferably in a European context.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English; other European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of financial reports in accordance with IFRS and local standards.
• Maintain and enhance internal control systems and ensure compliance.
• Supervise and mentor a small team of finance professionals.
