Job summary

Zango is building the AI compliance layer for financial services. We are backed by tier 1 investors across the US, UK, EU and Asia and since inception in 2024, we are already working with some of the largest financial institutions in the EU/UK.

The Role

This is a very unique time to be selling to enterprises. As companies deploy AI agents across operations they are more open than ever to working with innovative startups. We’re looking for a senior commercial leader who understands how large organizations buy transformation, someone who can combine strategic insight, advisory, and trusted relationships to help shape how AI enters the enterprise world. This hire will play a key role in building our GTM playbook in the UK, building a team and scaling in other markets.

What You'll do
  • Partner with the founders to build and execute the GTM playbook, from lead generation to close.
  • Run consultative, solution-oriented sales processes with tier 1 banks and financial institutions
  • Lead full-cycle B2B deals with legal and compliance teams
  • Develop and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
  • 3-6 years of B2B sales experience in financial services (SaaS, consulting, founder or tech-enabled services)
  • Deep understanding of how large financial institutions buy and implement transformation and technological change
  • Proven track record of driving deals and long-cycle relationships
  • Experience engaging with legal, compliance, or risk stakeholders is a bonus
  • Ambitious and motivated to build and scale something from the ground up
