We’re expanding our engineering team and are looking for a full-stack software engineer who’s passionate about modern web technologies, clean architecture, and delivering high-impact products. As an early team member, you’ll play a key role in shaping our platform, our culture, and the future of safety tech.

The Role

You’ll work across the full stack—from frontend experiences in Angular 19+ to backend services built on Supabase and .NET Core—to power the next generation of Helix EHS products. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design, build, and ship features end-to-end, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver solutions that delight our users and make workplaces safer worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Build responsive, performant web applications using Angular 19+, TypeScript, and RxJS
• Develop complex form workflows and reusable UI components that drive data-rich user journeys
• Integrate frontends with backend services using Supabase and .NET Core APIs
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security
• Work with PostgreSQL, optimising queries and schemas for performance
• Implement secure coding standards, RBAC, and multi-tenant architectures
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD automation, and DevOps workflows via Azure DevOps
• Collaborate within agile teams using Git, Jira, and transparent delivery practices
• Deploy and monitor applications in Azure, ensuring stability and uptime
• Continuously improve our systems, performance, and developer experience

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience as a full-stack engineer
• Deep expertise in Angular 19+, TypeScript, RxJS, and Reactive Forms
• Proven ability to design modular, reusable UI components
• Hands-on experience with Supabase and PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in .NET Core APIs and RESTful service design
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices, RBAC, and multi-tenant systems
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows
• Comfort working in Azure cloud and agile environments
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience in fast-paced start-up or scale-up environments
• Awareness of UI/UX best practices
• Experience within the EHS, SaaS, or enterprise software domains
• Understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2, or other enterprise compliance standards
