Job summary

A facilities management company in Greater London is seeking a maintenance engineer to perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate should have City & Guilds Level III in Electrical and Mechanical disciplines, as well as the 18th Edition I.E.E. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe workplace and maintaining client assets efficiently. A customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills are essential. Overtime may be required depending on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Qualified to City & Guilds Level III or equivalent in Electrical discipline.
  • Completed the 18th Edition I.E.E.
  • Knowledge of Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake both planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Maintain and repair client’s mechanical & electrical systems.
  • Logbook record keeping for health and safety.
