Under the responsibility of the quality assurance director, the position holder must see to the implementation and carry out the required follow-ups in order to achieve the objectives set as part of the Quality program.
- Perform physical, organoleptic and microbiological tests on various finished products as well as external purchases;
- Follow up documents in line with our quality program;
- Participate in internal audits, staff training and improvement of the quality system;
- Ensure and respect the application of good manufacturing practices and the HACCP program;
- Identify and address non-conformities;
- Work in collaboration with the different departments of the factory.
- College training in food process and quality technology, dietetics or equivalent
- Team spirit, Autonomy, Flexibility, Initiative, Ease of adaptation and sense of priorities
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel software and the Google environment (an asset)
- Functional English/Spanish written and spoken (an asset)
- Knowledge of HACCP, GFSI, GMP etc. standards
