We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing & Applications to join our BioProducts Division. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping our strategic marketing direction and driving market-led innovation across diverse business areas, including baking, food processing, beverages, life sciences and fermentation services.

As the guardian of our value proposition, you will lead the Marketing and Applications teams, ensuring that customer insights translate into compelling strategies, products, and communications. Your work will directly influence new product development in close collaboration with R&D and technical teams. You will report to the EVP, BioProducts Division, and be part of the divisional leadership team.

Expected Activities
Strategic Marketing & Value Proposition
  • Define and evolve the division’s value proposition across all product lines.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to strengthen market positioning.
  • Monitor trends and customer needs to inform strategy and innovation.
Product Management
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, including phase-in/phase-out of products and portfolio optimization
  • Align product portfolio with market needs and strategic priorities.
  • Drive data-based decisions for product development and rationalization.
Marketing Communications
  • Lead marketing communications strategy to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
  • Manage campaigns, collateral, and digital content to support sales and brand awareness.
Applications Leadership
  • Guide the Applications teams to generate insights that inform marketing and product strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and industry partners to identify emerging needs.
  • Partner with R&D and technical teams to deliver market-led new product development.
  • Support commercialization efforts and go-to-market planning for new products.
