Job summary
A respected property developer in Preston is looking for a driven Sales Executive to manage the sales process for new build homes. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards in show homes, and building strong relationships with buyers. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in residential sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for quality. You'll play a key part in growing the developer's reputation in the industry, earning a basic salary of £27,000 plus commission.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in new build residential sales.
- Knowledge of the Leeds property market is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales process for new build homes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with buyers.
- Ensure show homes and sales areas are presented to the highest standard.
