What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose, repair, and upgrade on‑site IT hardware and software, including reading error codes, swapping components and tracing faults with diagnostic tools.
  • Manage IT inventory – ordering, stock control and maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing equipment.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on IT stock status, failure trends and overall inventory performance while assisting other support teams as required.
Requirements
  • Only UK citizens can apply.
  • 2‑4 years of hands‑on IT hardware repair and support experience with certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows, OSX, iOS, Android operating systems, Microsoft Office and antivirus tools.
  • Proven ability to perform warranty repairs for HP, Dell and Lenovo devices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with fluency in English.
  • Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and readiness to travel or work staggered shifts as required.
