Contributing to design of sourcing processes and governance.Strong preference for candidates who are able to offer fresh and creative ideas.Financial Services experience is necessary for this role due to a need for experience in highly regulated businesses.The role will be Inside IR35 and paying £600 p/d, based in Bristol or Manchester 2 days a week.**Key Responsibilities**\* Support the end-to-end design of the sourcing process, including risk assessment, supplier qualification, and contract finalisation, in line with the Sourcing & Supply Chain Management Framework. \* Collaborate with sourcing leads, supplier managers, and business stakeholders to ensure understanding of user experience, feedback and needs so this can be reflected in Sourcing Product design decisions. \* Support the Sourcing Product Team in planning and delivering their change pipeline, working with stakeholders effected by changes to ensure stakeholder buy-in to design decisions. \* Support the Sourcing Product Team in planning and delivering their change pipeline using data analysis to help drive decision-making. \* Contribute to the development and refinement of sourcing templates, guidance materials, and process documentation \* Engage with tools such as SAP Ariba, SAP Enable Now and ServiceNow to help design. test and train out new or updated processes.Skills & Experience \* Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management within a regulated environment, or proven experience in a change delivery role. \* Understanding of sourcing governance, contract lifecycle, and risk controls. \* Proficiency in using sourcing platforms e.g. SAP Ariba, SAP Enable Now \* Proficiency in using reporting capabilities within SAP Ariba. \* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. \* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
