Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Networking Services such as Ethernet and IP.
• Proven experience in managing large scale projects in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL and automated provisioning is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead service assurance for various network services.
• Define assurance frameworks aligned with emerging technologies.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs/SLAs while driving improvements.

Strong understanding of Services
