You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.As an Assistant Director/Senior Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage the delivery of projects on a day-to-day basis, and to build & sustain external and internal relationships in your sector/region. You will pro-actively project manage transactions from start to end including sell-side, buy-side and strategic advice, working autonomously with junior support, and seeking direction and input from Directors/Partners. You'll lead on the preparation of technical outputs and management of technical work streams, such as, completion mechanisms, funds flows, proceed waterfalls and legal documentation**You'll be someone with:*** A demonstrable strong understanding of, and experience in, the field of corporate finance for both buy-side and sell-side work, involving private and public companies, owner-managed businesses and private equity houses.* Prior experienced of leading projects to a successful close and will have involved working with private companies, owner-managed businesses and private equity houses.* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience.* Strong project management skills and the ability to work across several projects and occasionally handle pressurised situations* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and team management experience* Your experience will include the ability to manage all technical aspects of a deal.* Strong financial and commercial acumenYou’ll be able to be yourself; we’ll recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to the business.
