A leading financial technology firm in Harrogate is seeking a Growth Finance Regional Lead to drive business generation and manage risk in working capital solutions for SMEs. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of financing options, a strong professional network, and the ability to analyze financial information. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, while being a champion for the product. Our growing team of specialists share a common focus on structuring funding solutions for those clients and delivering an exceptional relationship experience.
During the origination process, we gain a deep understanding of each business. This informs both facility structuring and risk management as well as providing the foundation of our ongoing relationship.
The Growth Finance Regional Lead will be responsible for contributing to the generation of Growth Finance opportunities to meet, and ideally exceed, forecast portfolio assets and income/returns.
As well as growing the portfolio, it is important that we manage risk within the bank’s appetite. You will be responsible for ensuring that new business opportunities are properly assessed and the risks and mitigants pertaining to each deal are identified and articulated in the credit submission.
This role will also have responsibility for development and maintenance of a portfolio of professional introducers as well as profile of the bank in their respective regions.
