A national business advisory firm in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Corporate Finance Executive. The role involves supporting live deal execution, contributing to business development, and conducting sector-specific research. Ideal candidates will be qualified accountants with a strong understanding of M&A processes and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, onsite position in a dynamic team environment.

Our Corporate Finance team is located across 11 of our offices and is made up of 20 partners and 86 members of staff. FRP Corporate Finance is one of the most active advisors in the UK market and had another strong year in 2024, completing 101 transactions with a combined value of £1.8 billion, and raising £750 million in debt to support our clients. We are also proud to have won Corporate Finance House of the Year at the Real Deals Private Equity Awards 2025, having also won the award back in 2023.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key part in live deal execution, business development/origination activities and wider sector-specific research. This is a hands‑on role with direct exposure to clients, senior team members and live transactions from start to finish.
