Corporate Finance Advisory (Tech & Climate) Analyst

We seek a motivated, down-to‑earth generalist Analyst to support the Managing Partner in advisory to (and possible investment in) technology ventures – including Internet‑enabled companies and climate tech companies, on an interim basis possibly moving to a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Support mainly on advisory mandates (and possibly some investment mandates for investors)
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Conduct financial, legal and business due diligence (e.g., industry analysis, competitive position, growth prospects)
• Develop financial models to analyze investment returns and perform valuation analyses
• Build or enhance company presentations
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with ability to meet other ad hoc requirements
• Passionate about tech and climate + building businesses

Qualifications & Requirements

2+ years of relevant work experience from an investing, investment bank, consulting, Big 4, venture capital or private equity firm. Excellent academic credentials. Right to work in the UK.

• Experience in transactions: process‑management, financial due diligence, investor readiness, critical thinking
• Knowledge of tech and climate tech sectors
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to be flexible in a small team environment
• Intellectual curiosity and passion for technology and rapidly changing industries
• Strong judgment and critical thinking skills; creative approach to problem‑solving
• Strong quantitative abilities, including experience in financial modeling and valuation
• Excellent presentation‑building skills in PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple deadlines; possesses a fine‑tuned attention to detail
