A prominent housing association in Plymouth is looking for a dedicated Housing Officer to manage customer relationships across Plymouth and South Hams. You will provide exceptional customer service, handle tenancy management, and support community development initiatives. Strong social housing experience and willingness to obtain CIH Level 4 qualification are essential. As a Housing Officer, you will be the primary relationship manager for our customers in across our Plymouth and South Hams patch. You'll deliver front line customer service, respond to tenancy enquiries, manage community standards and address tenancy breaches. There will also be involvement in new developments. You will work closely with internal teams, and external partners, to maintain safe, welcoming environments and foster strong community ties.
This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis. This is a field based role in the Plymouth and South Hams area.
