A leading IT company is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Birmingham. The successful candidate will deliver key technical support for SCCM and patch management, ensuring compliance and optimal performance in IT environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting deployment issues, coordinating with support teams, and driving service improvements. Role: Technical Support – SCCM / Patching
Location: Birmingham (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Package: 40k - 50k plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid‑for volunteering days a year
Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday
Interview Process: 2‑stage process
To deliver technical support for endpointmanagement and patching systems, ensuring security, compliance, and optimalperformance across the organisation’s IT environment. The role involvesadministering and maintaining Microsoft SCCM and related patching tools,diagnosing and resolving deployment issues, and collaborating with teams toimplement updates, automate processes, and uphold service standards.
