About The Role

We are thrilled to share the expansion of our London (International HQ) office on Lime Street as we look for a Receptionist to join our growing team.

Our reception team is a critical link between us and our clients, a lifeline for our employees, and a reassuring first impression for interviewing candidates.

We are looking for an outgoing individual who takes pride in the quality of their client service to fulfil this diverse position. Responsibilities of a Receptionist include, but are not limited to:

Client Communications and Visitor Management Ng
  • Welcome and greet all visitors to the firm, including clients.
  • Field and redirect incoming calls as appropriate.
  • Maintain a timely response to incoming calls and email queries.
  • Manage visitor sign‑in (including the contractor log) and distribute visitor passes.
Event, Meeting Room and Office Supply Management
  • Replenish meeting rooms (notepads, tissues, etc.).
  • Order stationery and refreshments as needed.
  • Book meeting rooms as needed, allowing for the set‑up of events.
  • Coordinate with any external vendors, contractors or catering for events.
  • Conduct routine safety and maintenance checks.
Mail Management
  • Handle incoming post, special deliveries and couriers.
  • Classify outgoing post.
  • Log files according to the SOS system.
About You

Whilst previous experience as a Receptionist or Administration would be beneficial, Parameter it is not essential. We are looking for someone who:

  • Has prior experience in a client/customer facing environment.
  • Has an ability to build rapport with clients quickly and professionally.
  • Is organised and able to manage changing priorities.
  • Has an approachable nature as both clients and employees will look to you for support.
  • Is proactive and has a can‑do approach.
  • Thrives best in a collaborative team environment.

In this role you will often be acting as the face of the business, so it is important the successful candidate reflects and emulates our values as a firm.

We are looking for someone to work full‑time between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00. This role however is not a pathway to noises Contract with the firm.
