Job summary
A reputable digital services provider is seeking a Buyer Success Consultant to assist merchants in utilizing the AI Site Builder effectively. The role is fully remote and requires flexibility across US time zones. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in SaaS customer support and possess solid technical skills. Responsibilities include providing live support, engaging with customers via chat and email, and documenting solutions. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, and familiarity with ecommerce platforms is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS customer support, success or technical roles required.
- Proficiency with AI tooling and ecommerce platforms is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support within the AI Site Builder for merchants.
- Act as first responder to inbound inquiries across various channels.
- Document solutions for technical issues and create help articles.
