The ideal candidate will be RGN qualified, hold current NMC registration, and have proven ITU / ICU experience. Qualifications

• Proven recent experience working in ITU / ICU.
• Strong knowledge of critical care practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a critical care environment.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to acutely ill and ventilated patients.
• Operate and manage advanced life-support and monitoring equipment.
• Administer medications and infusions in line with protocols.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation.
• Safeguard patients and adhere to clinical governance standards.
