Location: London (Central)

Salary: £26-28K base + uncapped commission (OTE £40+ Year 1)

They are now looking to hire four driven individuals for a January start.

• 2 weeks intense training
• On‑the‑job training & monthly 1‑1 appraisals
• Quarterly workshops with outside trainers & experts

• £26K base + commission (realistic first‑year earnings £40K+)
• Close mentorship from management
• Yearly quota trips (Paris, Dublin, Porto) + monthly restaurant team incentives (Preto, Flat Iron, Rosas Thai)
• Rapid progression based purely on performance

• Build relationships with clients and candidates
• Source, headhunt, and engage top professionals
• Interview and prepare candidates for roles
• Draft and review CVs and job adverts
• Support senior consultants

• Graduate (2:1 preferred or direct sales experience)
• Confident, articulate communicator
• Competitive, resilient, and financially motivated
• Someone who thrives in a smaller environment where impact is visible, ambitious, self‑driven and eager to learn (coachable)
