Graduate Recruitment Consultant – FinTech

Location: London (Central)

Salary: £26-28K base + uncapped commission (OTE £40+ Year 1)

Based in the heart of London, the company was established in 2004 and operates with a team of 29 specialists. They focus on FinTech recruitment and are recognised as world‑leading in their approach. You will partner with major, high‑profile organisations such as ITV and Monzo, giving you exposure to some of the most exciting brands. The firm has exceptional retention rates, with many employees staying for 10+ years, and the top biller achieved over £500k, reflecting the real earning potential and performance culture within the team.

They are now looking to hire four driven individuals for a January start.

Training
  • 2 weeks intense training
  • On‑the‑job training & monthly 1‑1 appraisals
  • Quarterly workshops with outside trainers & experts
What You’ll Get
